Kestrels in the Hood

Bird watchers and wildlife enthusiasts are intrigued by birds that decide to nest in an urban environment. The struggle for life in a place where we normally would not expect, has a certain appeal to it. So when a pair of American Kestrels took up residence at Cleveland, Ohio’s busy West Side Market, filmmaker and media producer Najada Davis documented their story, a project that became known as: Kestrels in the Hood.
A media producer by trade, Najada owns and operates a production company in Cleveland , OH called Royalty In The Making LLC. He is an alumnus of Cleveland State University and Lakeland Community College. Having a passion for choosing original ideas for projects such as: music videos, commercials and wedding videos has enabled him to tell genuine stories with a high level of creativity.
